Guidelines for submission of Posters

IBMEC invites entries for poster submission on themes related to healthcare applications. The entries must be submitted through the official conference E-MAIL id. The registeration fees for poster presentation is INR1000.

A draft of the actual poster to be displayed containing the following aspects:

• Title
• Author(s) and affiliation(s)
• Main focus/goals of the research project
• Outcomes/results
• Societal relevance of project

Soft copy of poster drafts must be submitted in PDF format. Final poster versions must be in A0 format (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm). Use 20+ font for titles; 12 point font or larger for text, using a times new roman font

Submission deadlines

The deadline for submission of abstracts and poster drafts/mock-up is 10 July 2022. Please submit your materials per email, using the subject: Call for posters to ibmec@rknec.edu
